Summary/Abstract: In February 2017, certain amendments were made to several regulations, such as: The Criminal Code (under the Government Emergency Ordinance no. 13/2017, the provisions of the respective regulation did not enter into force anymore) and the Code of criminal procedure. Moreover, the following regulations were published in February: The Government Emergency Ordinance no. 14/2017 regarding the repeal of the G.E.O. no. 13/2017 for the amendment and supplement of the Criminal Code and of the Code of criminal procedure, as well as for the amendment of the Code of criminal procedure and Law no. 8/2017 for the dismissal of the Government Emergency Ordinance no. 13/2016 for the amendment and supplement of Law no. 286/2009 regarding the Criminal Code and of Law no. 135/2010 regarding the Code of criminal procedure.
