Summary/Abstract: The Quality Challenge in front of the software development industry is reviewed. The strategy for adopting the CMU-SEI courses "PSP Fundamentals", "PSP Advanced", "Leading a Development Team" is presented. The answer to the Quality Challenge of New Bulgarian University, as one of the leading universities in master degree programs in Informatics and Computer Science in Bulgaria, is discussed.
