Summary/Abstract: As long as organizatörse increasingly globalized dragged a complex world, it is seen as the starting point of social disease. Organizations; In addition to the convenience on many issues, mainly perform certain purposes, together with the acceleration of change and technological development, which brings with it a number of social diseases. The aim of work in this context is the elimination of social diseases in the organization, the human resources to be able to demonstrate the effectiveness of its implementation. Considering work-related issues; especially the digitized along with standardization increasingly common in organizatörse, the drift employees to always more effort expectancy, with the spread of uniform norms and values, said to be the causes of occurring this social disease. Indeed, today's competitive global reach, the literature review conducted for the solution of various social ills that occur in the organization, as a result; human resources to ensure the continuity of the organization has gained importance of the effectiveness of implementation.
