Summary/Abstract: Conservation of the environment as important conditions for sustainable development in recent years has become one of the significant agenda of all countries in the world. In fact, forming the production processes to protect the environment and human health and adoption of environmentally friendly production methods are going to be important. In this context, the organic agriculture is considered as an alternative agricultural system ensuring the development of such capacity and sustainability. With the decline in oil prices in recent years, the development of non-oil sector in Azerbaijan and in particular the realization of the necessity of high value-added agricultural production has been raised. In this country with a less polluted environment due to various reasons, the development of the organic agriculture regarded as a different perspective. Azerbaijan and Turkey, found in important collaborations in many areas, there is potentials for developing current situation mutually and having the opportunity to cooperate in organic agriculture issues.
