Summary/Abstract: In today’s global economic markets, the trade becomes an indispensable factor. In one world market in which regional borders are removed and it develops, technological developments and changes unexpectedly affect the way of trade. Regional integration and removing barriers collate with technological advancements and it emerges a new trade concepts: e-commerce. E commerce constructs massive consumer groups and an organizational scheme of companies, thanks to the e-commerce concept that emerges diminishing cost factors changes. Companies become rivals each other in a network base and marketing mix is one of the most important weapons in the competition. The shape of structure of companies in the e-commerce even affects consumer behavior and as a result, reliability and satisfaction concepts make provide customer satisfaction compulsory by conducting virtual customer relationship departments and by reviewing the e-commerce in both local and international dimension. In this regard, the aim of this study is to group forum users according to purchasing behavior of forum users by determining purchase behavior and trust level in electronic commerce. It is for trying to measure the trust perceptions of forum users by determining the main problems that forum users face in e-commerce.
