Summary/Abstract: Today, corporate culture and corporate image plays a major role in university to gain competitive advantage. Universities want to be more productive, stronger and provide competitive advantage by providing customer satisfaction. The basic condition for doing this is to create synergy by creating a common culture in universities and to ensure the continuity of this culture. In this context, the main aim of the study is to examine the role of corporate culture and corporate image in the university. At the same time, in the study it will try to explain how the interaction between corporate culture and corporate image.
