Summary/Abstract: Taking into consideration the impact of human resources management on the company’s economic performance this paper wants to emphasize the perspective of the internationalization of the practices of human resources management (HRM). The paper aims to demonstrate,with arguments, that the human resources management has a contribution to obtaining and increasing an organization’s competitiveness.
