Summary/Abstract: Stanisław Węsławski was a lawyer from the office. He was appointed by the court on appeal. Being aware of the “hopelessness” of the matter, failed to different deadlines. It was against him disciplinary action, which ultimately led to the imposition of the penalty warning.
