Summary/Abstract: The main objective of this study is to show the importance of internal and external communications affecting the functioning of the innovative integration links. Good communication determines not only sustainable, but also dynamic expansion of cluster initiatives. It should be emphasized that a properly functioning cluster structures affect not only the competitiveness of the region, but also for local economic development, regional and international.
