Summary/Abstract: Education for culture should occupy a central place in the interests of modern society. Cultural knowledge are essential for personal development of children, adolescents, and adults and, therefore, it should be seen as an important part of overall development of youth and should be regarded as one of the key aspects of their education. Education is a crucial element in the cultural policy and it should not be left entirely in the account of specialized institutions. Training people to join their culture is as important as preparing them for work. The two are interconnected, so Europe is moving from heavy industry to creative industries, the main engine of job creation. Public education allows a constant number of people to continue their careers in the cultural sector. As a consequence of such a reality, employment in this sector has increased substantially. Education at all levels, of course, is directly related to the formation of qualified workers who are so needed in the professions related to cultural heritage. In this sense, the pedagogy of cultural heritage would revitalize cultural life at local and regional levels through the diversity of activities carried out in direct relationship with the customers.
