Summary/Abstract: As is well known task of each archive is to collect, organize, protect and adequately preserve archival materials. It is one of the basic functions that the structure makes available. We should keep in mind that the archive as an institution can not be isolated and closed. Archival activity is of special public interest, without losing sight of the fact that archival material, as everywhere in the world, is cultural and historical property and the cultural heritage of nations and nationalities. Therefore, the archives are irreplaceable testimony of the past, as well as needs of the present and the future. From this reason archival activity and its institutional arrangement should adapt to the needs of today for which rapid and reliable information. From these reasons it is essential to establish an information service of Archive.
