Summary/Abstract: From the point of archival activities, the ultimate goal of office management is to ensure the flow of relevant documents in archive. This cause and effect relationship of two close professions points more and more archives to align interest towards creator of documentation, and even indirectly involved in all the processes that are intended to ensure the authenticity of documents to the moment of their transfer to the relevant archives.
