Legal opinion on the application of the minimum hourly wage to the employing by the Deputies of employees in parliamentary offices based on contracts of order or service

Summary/Abstract: A Deputy who enters into the mandate contracts or service contracts withnatural persons using the financial resources designated for funding of a parliamentaryoffice is not an entrepreneur within the meaning of the Act on Freedom of EconomicActivity or legally established “other organizational unit”. The Deputy is a party in civillaw relations as a natural person. In conclusion, law on minimum wage does not applyin this case.
