Summary/Abstract: The realization of the optimistic strategy of the European Commission Europe – 2020 involves a joint, single and simultaneous participation of all Member States over the next years, regardless of the different level of economic development in each of them. EU countries should work together in every direction in the Strategy Europe 2020: smart growth, sustainable growth, inclusive growth, but also economic security.
