ENVORONMENTAL FACTORS IN PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

Summary/Abstract: Professional development lasts whole human’s life and is subordinated to personal and environmental influences. Environmental factors especially intervene in adulthood period. Then, with particular force, labour market and local community is activated what completes earliest family and school environment influences. Empirical approval of environmental factors significance in professional biographies realizations of Lubuskie area residents were proven in researches conducted within research project “Życie Lubuszan” (“The life of Lubuskie residents”).
