Summary/Abstract: The effort of US and Russian partners to stop Germany, has shaken the foundations economies. The battles have destroyed factories and infrastructure, agriculture was adrift, currencies trembled and gold reserves and dollars to a minus infinity, international exchanges were with one foot ravine. The vast majority of business infrastructure - banking, transport, insurance - were either destroyed or on the verge of bankruptcy. It ended the war! Really? But! Millions of refugees filled the roads, who were in search of homes volatilized. Fear of eminent food crisis was alarming.Europe was on the brink of the Cold War, economic problems becoming a red carpet invitation to communism on the prowl.Western Europe and so needs a second win: a win for survival and rebirth in the way of economic ruin!This scene appears in the main actor of that period - with major implications for future generations - who have to throw seed on June 5, 1947, George C. Marshall, the father of overseas aid, the collaboration between Europeans and Americans, to restoration stability and security through an economic revival.There was the discovery of atomic energy, but constituted itself into an offering to the world of the privileged for those who suffered, becoming one of the main pillars of US policy of saving the free world, America became an ancestor full of generosity and morality. The 13 billion. $ (Today 100mld. $), Leading to the restoration of confidence in democracy and capitalism, the Marshall Plan proved to be one of the largest and most honorable adventures of the era.
