Summary/Abstract: Researches and experiments on human embryos are a vital problem on a field of current bioethics. It is associated with the rapid development of medicine, particularly the artificial procreation (in vitro, in vivo), but also cloning and the antenatal diagnosis or genetic manipulations. The main purpose of the article is an argument with that progress. It will also consider an attempt to specify ethical borders of experiments on human embryos and philosophical point of view on this matter. Presented subjects belong to genetic bioethics and concern mostly manipulations, cloning and artificial insemination. Thus, this analysis implies a certain way of reference in approach to human embryos and also tries to settle a borders which should not be crossed, even for the sake of development in science.
