Summary/Abstract: The aim of this article is analysis of word formation and semantics neologisms created by Stanisław Lem in three novels: "Bajki robotów", "Cyberiada" and "Kongres futurologiczny". Writer creates most prefix neologisms and compound, less suffix neologisms. The main functions of these neologisms are: presentation futuristic reality and tendency for economy in language.
