The role of the ban on specified activityin the prevention of economic crime against of the provisions of the Penal Code

Summary/Abstract: Carrying on of economic activity is associated with an increased risk of com- mitting offence against socialized economy. One of the measures of criminal reac- tions, which protects society from people who may again commit the same or similar economic crime is a punitive measure - ban on specified activity. This article shows what is an economic activity and the characteristies of offence against socialized economy. Finally, it was explained that the ban on specified activity among the many functions fulfil on essential preventive function. The court ruled that the ban against perpetrators of offence against socialized economy, must be fulfilled reasons discus- sed in the article: the offense must be committed in connection with the carrying of such activities, and - continue its carrying must threaten an important interest pro- tected by law.
