Summary/Abstract: Article is devoted to the issue of regulation of legal status activities of foundations and associations in the Czech law. The author deals with the analysis of this issue in terms of historical perspective and in terms of comparison of legislation of particular European states and in addition she analyse the current situation and others some de lege ferenda proposals and assessment of major trends in the law of foundations and associations.
