Summary/Abstract: In the paper is analyzed the genesis, connotation and essence of amorality. The essence is deduced from the antinomy of moral conscience, dichotomy of moral phenomen and lost of balance betweem social and individual will and necessary. The amorality is interpreted as inevitable forme of moral change and development.
