The rejection of the alternative behavior – limitations and managerial stability

Summary/Abstract: The paper reviews the striving for self-assertion and personal recognition based not only on one's personal merits but also on the rejection of alternative behaviour (RAB). The RAB reasons are analyzed and concrete versions are given. The term “RAB situation” is substantiated and a connection is made with the conflicts in the organizations. The meaning of the RAB situations for the stability of the managerial process is also examined.
