Summary/Abstract: CIVIL LAW // This article considers the problem of real rights consolidation and it's the legal consequences. The concerned hypothesis is when a legal person acquires property over real estate which is burden with other limited real right in the name of the same legal person. The particular question is if the owner could transfer the limited real right after consolidation?
