Summary/Abstract: In relation to the activity carried on by the High Court of Cassation and Justice, in September, several referrals in the interest of the law were published in the Official Journal of Romania regarding any provisions contained in the Civil Code, in Law no. 247/2005 on the reform in the fields of property and justice, of the Code of Civil Procedure and of the Law no. 554/2004 on the contentious administrative.
