Summary/Abstract: In this study a holistic model is developed to explain the relationship between entrepreneurship orientation, market orientation, job complexity and learning orientation in order to investigate the effects of entrepreneurship orientation, market orientation and job complexity on learning orientation. Despite the existence of a large number of studies on the relationship between entrepreneurship orientation, market orientation and learning orientation, it is seen that there is a gap in relation between job complexity and learning orientation when the relevant literature is examined. This research differs from similar studies by including job complexity in the research model. In order to test the hypotheses proposed, an implementation was carried out on 65 firms operating in Gebze and Kocaeli regions. The results of the research provide important contributions to the literature on organizational behavior. First, findings; both job complexity and entrepreneurial orientation have a positive and significant influence on the learning orientation. However, the findings of the study also show that the effect of job complexity on the learning orientation is stronger than the effect of entrepreneurial orientation. Finally, the results of the study reveal the fact that our country's firms do not show the necessary sensitivity to the market orientation because of the complexity of work and the ambition of entrepreneurship over the learning orientation of the market orientation.
