Summary/Abstract: In this study, it is evaluated that whether Turkey gets a sufficient share in level which has become an important integration means of foreign capital investment at the time of existing global financial crisis nowadays. In this context, Turkey has been compared with a similar characteristic countries, Turkey’s existing condition has been brought up with a matter of international investment and performance indexes, foreign investors’ shares from stock market and foreign investor bill case gravity.
