Summary/Abstract: The main purpose of this study is to explain the relationship between mobbing and organizational trust. In this context, the main components of mobbing are determined; elements of mobbing process and the components of organizational trust are explained. Also, it is examined the organizational trust and the dimensions of the organizational trust. In this study, the data were gathered by survey technique (face to face) from 205 nurses who are in charged to hospitals in Erzurum. The effect of mobbing on organizational trust is theoretically explained. The research hypotheses of the thesis are tested. Findings confirm the mobbing affects organizational trust and trust in supervisor.
