Summary/Abstract: In this study, investigation of the effect of understanding of transformational leadership on creativity and innovation was aimed. In this sense, creativity, innovation, transformational leaders involved in transformations and the relation of creativity or innovation with transformational leadership were considered. At present study, the supportive need for creative thinking and innovational activity by understanding of transformational leadership was emphasized.
