Summary/Abstract: “Lean Manufacturing” which is getting rid of waste all the burden to produce in quality control studies, aims to improve quality, cost and performance at the same time increase production speed and flexibility. Due to textile sector is the labor intensive sector, it is possible to be overcome with lean production the cost disadvantage which experienced for costs of labor and energy. In this study, benefits for the company by starting of the transition from the traditional production method, lean manufacturing method in the finishing section of a company that works in the textile industry described in data. The ways to minimize wastes examined at the company which did application but first values and value-added operations identified. To do these things, statistical quality control method and created for the customer values and the purposes of textile finishing processes of one of textile application stages have been examined. The growth of company with value-added which has been obtained from working of lean manufacturing and as a result of this how you can benefit the country’s economic growth has been explained as a result of the application.
