„GENERAL ASPECTS OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT’S CURRENT JURISDICTION”

Summary/Abstract: The authors analyses the Constitutional Court’s jurisdiction, as regulated by art. 146 of the Constitution. The analysis includes author’s commentary on the Court’s attributions and their nature, on the constitutional review of laws exercised by the Constitutional Court, on normative acts subject to judicial review by the Court, considering the doctrine developed by important names in the field of law (I. Deleanu, C. Ionescu, I. Muraru, M. Constantinescu). Concluding, the authors present brief explanations regarding the importance of the constitutional review and of the consolidation of the constitutional behavior of public authorities.
