Summary/Abstract: Titled “The Role of Software for the Improvement of Intra-company Communication”, this article aims the improvement of intra-company communication skills with comparison of three different kinds of Software systems in SAP-Consulting Companies. Through this study, the purpose is to bring significance of the topic to the attention of administrators and employees. This study comprises three chapters. The first chapter is an entrance to the role of the intra-company communication nowadays. The second chapter covers the conceptual framework of the intra-company communication. Also, second chapter includes the importance, functionality and the improvement of the intra-company communication. Inside of the improvement part, there are also commentaries about these three software systems which have been handled in this article. The last chapter covers detailed explanations about these three software systems. With this comparison, it has been offered three different solutions for the improvement of the intra-company communication to the SAP-Consulting companies.
