Summary/Abstract: Comprehensive and accurate data on the education of Roma in the fi ve countries subject to the ERRC research do not exist. In general, in a number of sectoral fi elds, data disaggregated by ethnicity is not systematically collected in any of the countries.16 Th is fact renders the assessment of the status of Roma in the educational systems of the countries a very difficult task.
