Nation and Its Cultural Heritage – the Source of Educational Content in the Interactive Reading of National Tradition and the Happening of the Social Present

Summary/Abstract: Referring to the latest research on the ideological content of Aristotle’s Politics in the context of the ancient era, the author considers the question of the educational act as a multi-faceted action enriching the youth to its fulfillment in the glory of life – and, what is more, with cultural and political benefit of a political community (polis) of all other free players. Considering the parallels between the project of Aristotle’s educational system referring to Homer’s Iliad and Odyssey, and Polish insurrectionist and martyrdom literature – authentic, not mythical, like Homer’s epics.
