Summary/Abstract: The article presents a questionnaire research results conducted among unemployed of different age seeking for job. The goal of the research was to estimate the efficiency of Opole Job Centre in help, support and improving professional qualifications of the unemployed. On the grounds of obtained data we can state that its role and contribution to long term unemployed is highly unappreciated.
