Summary/Abstract: Study, constituting the monograph on examinations, they focussed on causes and features and predispositions of lied personalities transferred by employees, findings are embracing 42 employees, in it: 24 women and 11 men, employed in different places of employment. Everyone examined they lied to their superiors, and were agents: wrong of filling up professional obligations and desire for gaining certain benefits in places of employment etc. Examined applied different types of lies, most often connected with oneself. They lied both of superiors having positive as well as negative features, explaining it on the grounds of different conditioning. Presenting the characteristic of superiors unfortunately weren't examined until the end consistent in statements. Admittedly it isn't possible to generalize these results, they are showing however, that at the so intense examined unemployment not as far as so much depended on the work, as soon as quite often have justified their lack of diligences, the conscientiousness and the commitment to the implementation of the obligations by lies.
