Summary/Abstract: The article reconstructs the causes of arrest, investigation and the lawsuit Alexandra Tabaczkiewicz–typists in the Civic Militia Headquarters in Bydgoszcz. She was sentenced to death, but the sentence was eventually changed to 15 years in prison. She was convicted for working for polish underworld. Władysław Jedlinski – nickname "Marta", drawn her into cooperation for the polish underworld. Alexander Tabaczkiewicz has gone through a very long investigation, which lasted from February to November 1948. Two processes have been carried out, which has been sentenced twice the death penalty. Only pardon saved her life. During the trial she tried to convince the judges that her cooperation with the underworld linked with the fact that she was in love with Jedlinski. During the investigation, she didn't not used this argument. Probably it was an idea of her lawyer. Alexander Tabaczkiewicz went out in from the prison 1956.
