Summary/Abstract: Trust is an integral part of the organization's image. Its public image, in turn, is essential for its proper functioning, and consequently success. A university with its academic staff shall be considered as an interesting institution of public trust. The purpose of this article is to present the possibilities of using the BSC in shaping the image of the institution of public trust and its employees by monitoring the achievement of its economic and social goals.
