Summary/Abstract: In eCommerce it is offered to online clients three types of evaluation: the evaluation of thebuyer, the evaluation of the seller or the evaluation of both of them. For most of the cases, thepartners of transaction can evaluate each other. In general, evaluations show how satisfied orunsatisfied is a buyer or a seller about the online transaction or his partner after the ending of theprocess. A small number of models offers a solution for developing an initial set of advisors whichcan be used for determination of levels of reputation and there are a few models that take intoconsideration as many social criteria as possible for determination of trust.
