Summary/Abstract: The study analyses the legal sources of judicial execution in the Age of Dualism (1867-1918). First, it discusses Act LIV of 1868 on the Law of Civil Procedure; then, Act LI of 1871 on the Regulation of the Organisation System; finally, Act LX of 1881 on Regulations of Execution and the amendments thereof.
