Summary/Abstract: The article deals with the peculiarities of the valued and significative teacher’s attitude toward the pedagogical profession and its place in the system of its sense and vital orientations. It is shown that the transformation of the valued and significative teacher’s attitude toward the pedagogical profession into the hierarchy components of the sense of life becomes an important factor and component of the professional and pedagogical position fulfilling it with the special maintenance and direction.
