Summary/Abstract: In this study, Data Mining techniques are applied to the data gathered from a bank’s data warehouse. The online banking became very popular among the bank customers with the development of internet. The aim of usage of data mining techniques, is to determine the profile of internet banking users. The banks which are used for internet banking, the transactions done by customers and the factors that are effective on bank customers using internet banking are analyzed with the help of Cluster Analysis and Association Rules. In addition to this, profiles of bank customers who do not use internet banking are examined in this study and the reasons and the causes of not using internet banking have also been analyzed.
