Summary/Abstract: Investment projects are a perfect vehicle for addressing the needs of local communities. Therefore, it is imperative that local governments undertake such tasks. Increased public participation is essential for speeding up the implementation of investments. This study presents one of the ways of involving a specific community in the implementation of such public tasks as local initiatives.
