THE OPINION OF CORRECTNESS OF PREPARATION THE STRATEGIES OF LOCAL DEVELOPMENT (ON EXAMPLE OF CHOSEN COMMUNES FROM LOWER SILESIA, THE LUBUSKA LAND, OPOLE REGION AND THE WIELKOPOLSKA REGION)

Summary/Abstract: In article authors introduced results investigations, which concerned the strategies of local development. The authors executed opinion of correctness of their preparation. The procedure hugged eight planes: 1) the structure of document, 2) the present state diagnosis, 3) the SWOT analysis, 4) the strategic and operating aims, 5) the monitoring system, 6) the occupants’ participation, 7) the financial source, 8) the correlation with sustainable development. Authors talked over received results. They introduced the main concurrent the strategies of local development mistakes.
