EVALUATION OF THE EXECUTION OF DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY’S OBJECTIVES OF CITY AND COMMUNE OF KÓRNIK ACCORDING TO THE HABITANTS OPINION

Summary/Abstract: The study evaluated the execution of strategic objectives, which were included in Development Strategy of City and Commune of Kórnik for the period 2008–2017. The basis for this evaluation was the analysis of the results of surveys conducted in May 2015. In the survey participated 761 people living in Kórnik commune. The largest group of respondents, representing more than 64%, were habitants of the City of Kórnik. The analyzed document specified following strategic objectives: development of infrastructure and environmental protection, improvement of living conditions, development of tourism, protection of cultural heritage and promotion the commune. According to respondents the biggest problem of commune are deficiencies in the technical infrastructure. Despite this, only 22% of them want to participate in the cost of its construction in their place of residence.
