Summary/Abstract: As a mass media, TV became very important. We propose to analyze the principles of French television and the missions of public service in its policy of globalisation. We thus study economic logics and the schedules of the public channels. Recently, this operation changed with the law about the reform of the audiovisual public in January 2008.
