Several words on family and legal relationships - basic, dependant and unconnected

Summary/Abstract: The aim of this publication consists in presentation of a catalogue of family and legal relationships and indication of separate groups within this catalogue. The issues presented are basic family and legal relationships which exist independently, so to speak, and those which are dependent upon the basic ones and, to some extent, are their result. The author also notices so-called unconnected family and legal relationships. Also the function of the family and legal relationships in forming the personal composition of a family was presented in this publication. The Author, by the way, attempts to definitely mark the terminology borderline between a family relationship, a quasi-family relationship and a family and legal relationship.
