Summary/Abstract: Polish real estate market experienced in the last years significant changes in transaction and investment activity with the period of unprecedented boom between 2005–2007 and economic slowdown initiated by early signs of global economic crisis. The aim of the paper is to verify to what extent changes in real estate market situation are reflected in financial condition and valuation of real estate development companies.
