Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article is to present the usability of eye tracking as a method of research of customers’ behavior. The aim of the study has a theoretical and researching character. Apart from the essence of eye tracking research the article reveals the regulation procedure, recording session and eye tracking data forms presentation (heat maps, scan path and AOI). Special attention is focused on the potential technical and methodical difficulties that can emerge during the experiment.
