Summary/Abstract: The issue of improving competitiveness by implementing innovation becomes general meaning. However, in an era of uncertainty and lack of stability of the concept of corporate social responsibility can become a precious asset of the company, competitive advantage and a source of innovation if it is properly utilized to strengthen its capacity and resources. You can emphasize that CSR and innovation are closely associated as well as innovation promotes CSR and vice versa. The purpose of this article is to present data on the status and potential of innovation in conjunction with social responsibility and sustainable development. Innovation requires more creativity, the search for new sources of growth, improved resource management, risk, environment and social responsibility in business gives for doing impulses and base.
