Summary/Abstract: The high number of participants (over eighty, from six countries) and the topicsdiscussed proved once again that the efficiency of legal norms is a subject of constant interest in all areas regulated by law and permanently connected to other social rules. This volume of our review contains a selection of the papers presented at the conference.
